This whole process is known as ginning.

3- After cotton fibre is made it is turned into fabric by the process of weaving and knitting. It is done with the help of a carding machine. It goes through many processes after we get cleaned and soft textured yarn which is knitted into cotton fabric. At this stage the colour of the fabric is white after this Cotton fabric goes through the dyeing process.

4- After the fabric is made, the next step is dyeing. Dyeing process involves many toxic chemicals which are harmful for the environment also but for organic cotton natural dyes are used like indigo, turmeric, onion shells etc. After the dyeing process is completed. Fabric is transferred to manufacturing garment industries for manufacturing. Nowadays many garments are made from organic cotton like organic t-shirts, organic kurta, organic shirts etc.

5- After going through all these processes the garments are made, the process is stitching, selling and distribution takes place.
