Introduction

A few days ago, the residents of the local boards members from the Bahria Town Phase 8, responsible for arranging and planning the top-of-the-line projects in the township provided an informative presentation on the extension in a meeting.

They also stated that once the project was completed and launched with the approval of all concerned agencies, they would become one of their most sought-after projects. It will comprise three new towers of 10 stories. The cost for each tower is Rs6 million per sqft. The total cost of three towers is approximately $80 billion. The total area of each tower is 250 square meters. Alongside these buildings, there would be 152 apartments that will be constructed on 28 acres of land belonging to Bahria Town Phase 8 Islamabad and 12 acres of land that belong to Bahria Town Phase 8 Rawalpindi (Barra).

Phase eight is situated inside Westridge Township on Bahria Road near Jodia Park Area. It was designed by HOK (a world-renowned architecture company located at Atlanta). The structures are constructed to meet international standards for top-quality living spaces that include all the essential facilities like shopping malls, community centers administration offices, schools and banks.
