Phase eight is situated inside Westridge Township on Bahria Road near Jodia Park Area. It was designed by HOK (a world-renowned architecture company located at Atlanta). The structures are constructed to meet international standards for top-quality living spaces that include all the essential facilities like shopping malls, community centers administration offices, schools and banks.
