City To Pounce?

After seeing their first effort to sign the England international thwarted, Manchester City are rumoured to be ready to pounce.

And, whilst this may well be true, all is not lost for the Gunners, as Fabrizio Romano gave an update to warm the hope, and hearts of Arsenal fans.

What Did Romano say?

Whilst confirming the interest of the Citizens, Romano had this to say:

Arsenal have significantly advanced on Declan Rice’s personal terms in the last few days — that’s why Arsenal will bid again to find a solution with West Ham. 

So, with improved personal terms, and a new offer in the wings, it seems Arsenal are not willing to roll over and be outdone just yet...as they were by Chelsea in the pursuit of Mudryk.
