Second, CCB is not a percentage boost, but rather a static boost of OSRS GP +30 range over the Rune Crossbow. It is evident that +120 versus +90 is huge which is 33%. But I'm using range-boosting armor to gain a range of attack of +141 for Rune crossbow, so CCB is +171. This means that CCB is just 21 percent more precise than rune and will not take into account the boost in accuracy that comes from Void (it most likely doesn't really need to be considered since it is stacking multiplicatively)

Also, without mentioning the difference from eagle eye, it's the option of 5 percentage damage AND accuracy in contrast to +21 percent accuracy. After subtracting the +5% accuracy of the rigor by dividing it by 1.05 and the result comes down to +5 percentage damage or +15.5 percentage accuracy. hmm.

Be aware that a chaotic recharge using a mixture of tokens and gp will cost you 20k tokens. I'm not aware of your current rates but keep in mind that eventually , you will achieve floors that grant 20k tokens for each. Because these floors take anywhere from 23 to 28 minutes, and I doubt that you'll be able to earn 2 mil when frost is present, it's useful to utilize tokens for repairs.

While you're not currently able to earn that many tokens as fast, keep in mind that there is a limit to the use to tokens and they don't change of their worth (meaning that those tokens that you're currently earning are equal to the ones you'll receive when you are 120 Dung). An excellent analogy is the concept of storing your effigies until you can make them yourself. Either method, the ultimate reward will be the same (Dragonkin Lamp), the only difference is what you give up when you are getting there (in this instance, you'll lose xp on various skill areas).

That's the essence of it It's simple: Purchase CCB and then recharge your chaotics using tokens. If you assume 2 dungeons per hour at 20k tokens it's 40k tokens. That's approximately 3.6m. Well, that's good... however, not everyone can be 120 dg. I don't have a solid team that's why I'm earning an average of 10-11k tokens per hour, which is equivalent to osrs fire cape service 0.9-1m. That's less than the money I make in other ways.
